Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: 2 miles (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)
Saturday 14th December - walks *** – Around Felixstowe – sunny
with a top sunset:).
The day actually started cloudy but shock horror the sun actually made an
appearance and it turned into a lovely day:) We started the day by putting
a cool Christmas tree decoration on our patio door that I saw online, looks
nice, then I did my exercises while Mag wrapped presants, then I took Mag
out to a late lunch to enjoy the nice weather, we walked down to the
seafront and had sausage and chips on the peir, we know how to live:) It
was lovely with the wind offshore, the sea flat sharing some chips with the
pigeons and gulls with the sunshine certainly lifting the spirits,
everything looks better with a blue sky! With my heel still playing up we
ambles slowly along the prom before heading to the town centre past Harvest
House before returning home. I quickly sent 3 pics to the tv weather before
heading out in the van to catch the sunset and it was pretty amazing, I
just drove between the cliff at the end of our road to the Fludyers
snapping away as the sun dipped behind the docks and the sky turned red,
just fantastic, I was also treated to a top full moon, top day, I might
even be able to get out windsurf foiling tomorrow, fingers crossed for a
decent session as its been awhile!
